Emergency repairs, day or night

Emergency repairs are on the side of our vans and we're open 24 hours, so a leak at two in the morning or a ridge tile blown off in a gale still gets an answer.

Repairs we take on

• Slipped, cracked and missing tiles and slates
• Ridge and verge tiles that have come loose, or swapping the old mortar for dry ridge and dry verge
• Leaks around chimneys, roof windows and where an extension meets the house
• Storm damage, from a few tiles to a whole section of roof
• Small patches on flat roofs that haven't reached the point of re-covering

Signs your roof needs looking at

• A brown stain on a bedroom ceiling that grows after rain
• Bits of tile in the garden or sitting in the gutter
• Drips or wet insulation when you go up into the loft
• Lumps of mortar on the path under the ridge or gable

Help us find it quicker

When you ring, tell us which room the water shows in, how long it's been happening and whether it only appears in heavy rain or wind. A picture of the stain and one of the roof from the street saves time before we get the ladders out.
