Terms and Conditions

These are the terms on which Fox Roofing quotes for and carries out work. They were last updated in October 2026, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Quotations

A quote covers the work described in it. If something comes to light once work starts that couldn't reasonably have been seen beforehand, such as rotten timber under an old covering, we'll stop, tell you what it involves and get your agreement before carrying on.

Booking and access

We'll agree a start date with you. You'll need to give us reasonable access to the property and, where the job needs it, to a neighbouring property.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote.

Materials

Tiles, slates, membranes and other materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are separate from anything agreed with us.

Cancellation

Where you engage us as a consumer away from our premises you have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, we may charge for work already done.
